SESAME SEED COOKIES
Sesamkakor
2 tsps vanilla sugar
dash salt
5 oz butter or margarine
2 eggs
4 tbsps sesame seeds
Mix flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and
salt in a bowl. Cut the fat in pieces and finely divide it into the flour
mixture. Add the eggs and work the dough together. Shape into small balls,
diameter 1 to 1 ¼ inches, dip or roll them in sesame seeds and put them on
greased baking plates (or use baking paper).

You shape the dough into small balls and dip them in
sesame seeds. The cookies are baked until golden and have a very special taste
(I love it!!!).
35 to 40 cookies
2 cups flour
2/3 cup sugar2 tsps vanilla sugar
dash salt
5 oz butter or margarine
2 eggs
4 tbsps sesame seeds
Bake in the middle of the oven at 175 to
200C/gasmark 4 to 6 for about 15 minutes. Cool on a rack and store in air-tight
jars.
